Kent Content Hub is a trading name of British Veteran Owned Ltd (Company Number: 13694277), registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Building 4, Ingles Yard, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2RY.

2. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to British Veteran Owned Ltd trading as Kent Content Hub. “You”, “your” refers to the person making a booking or using our services. “Session” refers to a half-day or full-day studio booking. “Studio” refers to our recording facilities at Building 4, Ingles Yard, Folkestone.

3. Booking & Payment [REVIEW REQUIRED]

All bookings are made via our website and are subject to availability. Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

4. Cancellation Policy [REVIEW REQUIRED]

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Studio Usage

You agree to use the studio equipment responsibly and in accordance with the technical induction provided. You are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment through negligence or misuse. We reserve the right to terminate a session if our equipment or premises are being misused.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content recorded during your session. We do not claim any rights over your recordings. If you have booked post-production services, ownership transfers to you upon delivery of the final files.

7. Liability [REVIEW REQUIRED]

We will take reasonable care to ensure our equipment is in good working order. However, we are not liable for any loss of data, recordings, or content due to equipment failure. We recommend you maintain your own backup recording where possible. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the booking.

8. Post-Production Services

Post-production services are provided in partnership with Hermes Digital UK. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
