Podcast and video studio
for universities
Academic, recruitment, and open-day content for higher-education providers.
Why universities work with us
Universities are content factories — open days, prospectus video, lecture content, research highlights, alumni interviews, and recruitment campaigns. In-house production teams handle most of it, but capacity is rarely the bottleneck — visual variety is. Kent Content Hub provides a second venue away from the campus aesthetic, with two distinct sets, broadcast-quality kit, and a 25-minute train from Canterbury.
What we make for you
Content formats that fit the sector
Academic and research interviews
Filmed long-form interviews with academics on research outputs, REF impact case studies, and subject-area thought leadership. Suitable for university YouTube channels, course-page video, and research-funder communications.
Open-day and applicant-facing content
Course leader, head of admissions, and student-ambassador interviews for open-day microsites, UCAS landing pages, and decision-day campaigns. Particularly valuable when a course needs a visual identity distinct from the campus library shot.
Alumni and employer-partnership films
Short filmed interviews with alumni and employer partners — for course pages, employability content, and partnership development.
Podcast and series-format content
Recurring podcast series featuring academics, students, and industry guests — for student-recruitment audiences, professional-development audiences, and research dissemination.

Honest answers
The questions universities ask
We have an in-house studio. Why come to a third-party venue?
Most in-house university studios share a visual signature — institutional, well-lit, and instantly recognisable. A second venue produces visual variety for the same speaker, which matters for series content, recruitment campaigns, and content that needs to feel less institutional.
We need to bring multiple academics in one day.
A full-day Anteroom session can comfortably handle 6–8 academic interviews back-to-back, plus a roundtable. Same-day raw files mean post-production starts immediately.
Our content has to be accessible.
The Audio Max Edit tier delivers captioned cuts as standard. Full BSL or audio-description workflows can be added through Hermes Digital.
